Designed, built and deployed the ACT Polyols Plant Operations Portal: a fourteen-module real-time platform for production, quality, utilities, energy and process monitoring, export logistics, role-based administration and a live Export Intelligence Dashboard, on Microsoft Azure with enterprise single sign-on. Adopted into daily plant operations and in production at handover, July 2026.
Co-authored ACT's consortium submission to UNIDO, the UN's industrial development agency, for a USD 4.9 million industrial smart-energy program under its Accelerate-to-Demonstrate (A2D) Facility. Submitted July 2026.
