Designed, built and deployed the ACT Polyols Plant Operations Portal: a fourteen-module real-time platform on Microsoft Azure with enterprise single sign-on. Adopted into daily plant operations and in production at handover, July 2026.
Delivered an Export Intelligence Dashboard on live shipment data, giving management real-time visibility from production status to customer delivery.
Redesigned the company website to international B2B standards, benchmarked against leading global ingredient manufacturers.
Co-authored ACT's consortium submission to UNIDO, the UN's industrial development agency, for a USD 4.9 million industrial smart-energy program under its Accelerate-to-Demonstrate (A2D) Facility. Submitted July 2026.
Established the company's AI engineering practice: AI-assisted development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, credential and access-control hardening, and complete documentation for internal ownership.
